We missed the boat when it came to visiting Arran (and decided against a one day trip to Belfast from Stranraer).  However it was a fun getaway without having to leave this island we live on.

A late problem with the car meant though that Greg has a 600 mile round trip to pick it up once the jag gets its clutch fixed…  shame.

It was the first time we were all out camping together and we had a whale of a time! Our next challenge is to get enough fun camping gear to do it all again!

Andrea and Mitchell went along too, and had fun in the pool, seeing all the animals and playing with Lena’s school friends. Sadly daddy had to go to work like normal, but he heard wonderful stories about this day out.
